Curriculum vitae and professional experience:

Mažvydas Misiūnas was born in a family of lawyers. In 2001 he obtained master’s degree in law at Law University of Lithuania. He began working as a lawyer in 1999. Since then Misiūnas has been reading announcements as well as improving his qualification in various foreign and Lithuanian scientific conferences and seminars.

In 2001 he became associate attorney and since 2003 Mažvydas Misiūnas has been a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association. He has been providing legal services to various companies, institutions and organizations since 1999.

He wrote a number of articles and legal commentaries and together with other authors developed the “Training of Trainers on Digital Publishing course and modules” under the 2000 UNESCO programme.
